Located in a prime, accessible location and offering house calls for your convenience, I proudly cater to all clients — including sensitive skin types — using only vegan, gentle, and skin-safe products. Your beauty, your comfort, your glow — perfected with care. ✨POLICIES Payments & Card on File: All clients must have an active debit or credit card on file for deposits, fees, rescheduling and no shows/cancellations. Payments accepted include cash, debit cards, & all major credit cards (Amex, American Express, visa, Mastercard), Zelle and Chime. Cancellation/Rescheduling fee: There will be a 50% fee for any and all clients who reschedule within 72 hours. This fee will go towards your rescheduled service. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and you will be charged 50-100% based on if you had a no call no show, and you will need to rebook & pay another deposit. We get it though, life happens, so just be sure to reschedule or cancel your appointment through our booking site on time. Grace Period: There is a 15 minute grace period for all clients because let’s face it, Columbus traffic can be unpredictable and sometimes getting off work can be hectic. After 15 minutes and or no show / no call, the client will be charged a 50% no show fee. To book a new service the client must reach out and book the service again, plus pay a deposit and fee. Extra Guests: Extra guests are welcome to sit in the waiting area while we perform your service upon request ONLY. We always have complimentary snacks and beverages. Well behaved children are also welcome. We are all mommy’s here, so you might see a little assistant or two on occasion unless your service is an intimate wax or bleaching etc. Refunds: There is a 0 REFUND POLICY. If you’re unsure if you love your lashes or any other service, please speak to your esthetician directly so we can give you a more desirable look. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for all cancellations & no shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee is non-refundable and non transferable fee. If you reschedule during this time frame you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
